Make your business look as good as it is

A coherent visual identity is not just aesthetics — it is the first signal that your business is serious and competent. We build logo, colour, typography, and brand guidelines that hold up across your website, documents, and every other touchpoint.

A Complete Visual Foundation

Everything you need to present your business consistently, across digital and print.

Logo and Variations

A primary logo with the variations needed for different contexts: light and dark backgrounds, horizontal and stacked layouts, and icon-only use.

Colour palette with usage examples

Colour Palette

A defined set of brand colours with usage guidance. You will know exactly which colour to use and where, so your brand stays consistent across every touchpoint.

Typography

A clear typographic system covering headings, body text, and supporting copy. Selected for readability and personality, with guidance on how to apply it.

Brand guidelines document spread

Brand Guidelines

A concise reference document that brings it all together. Covers logo use, colours, typography, and spacing so anyone working on your brand can do it correctly.

A Simple, Clear Process

  1. Brief

We start with a conversation about your business, your audience, and what you want your brand to communicate. No forms, just a discussion.

  2. Design

We develop concepts based on the brief and present them for feedback. You review, we refine, until the result is right.

  3. Handover

You receive all final files in the formats you need, plus the brand guidelines to use them confidently going forward.

How It Works

Every visual identity project starts with your business. Some companies need a focused logo and colour system. Others need a full brand foundation with guidelines and ready-to-use assets that support long-term growth.

The prices shown here start at the listed amount and reflect the minimum scope of each service. Final investment depends on your goals, timeline and level of detail. All work is project-based and clearly defined, so you receive a structured visual identity built to support your business now and as it grows.

* All visual identity projects include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed scope may affect the final price. If approval cannot be reached within the agreed framework, a new scope can be proposed or the project may be concluded based on completed work.

Answers to frequently asked questions about our process

How long does a typical website project take?

Most website projects take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the scope and complexity. Larger platform projects may take longer. The exact timeline is always agreed upon in the proposal.

What does the deposit cover?

The deposit (25–50% of total project cost) secures your project slot and covers the initial setup, planning, and early development work. It is non-refundable, as work begins immediately after payment.

Can I make changes during the project?

Yes. We offer optional check-in meetings (weekly or monthly) and you can provide feedback during the pre-launch preview. Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the process. Changes outside the original scope may require a revised proposal.

What counts as a 'small edit' during post-launch support?

Small edits include text corrections (typos, grammar, wrong contact info), image replacements, and similar minor fixes. It does not include layout changes, new pages, new features, or visual redesigns.

What happens with my data (GDPR)?

Accepting our proposal includes consent for us to handle your data as outlined in the project scope. This always follows GDPR guidelines. Your data is only used for the project and is never shared with unrelated third parties. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Do I need a support plan after launch?

Not necessarily. After the 2-week post-launch window, the project is complete. A support plan is optional and is ideal if you want ongoing content updates, technical improvements, or strategic advisory. It can be added at any time.

Who handles hosting after launch?

Eye On Idea handles hosting and server maintenance on OVH Cloud (EU-based). This is our ongoing responsibility as long as we host your project. Hosting costs are either included in a support plan or billed separately.

Can I access the project during development?

By default, you receive access to the test server 1 week before launch. If you'd like earlier access to follow development in real time, this is available as an optional add-on service.
